Hands-on sessions, so your team owns it instead of depending on us.

What it is

Train is sitting down with the people who will use the thing and working through real tasks until they can do it without help.

Not a recorded video and not a manual nobody opens. Your work, your data, your questions, until the answer is yes, I can do that.

Who it’s for

  • Small businesses, where the person being trained is usually the owner.
  • Growing companies rolling something out to a team that did not ask for it.

What you walk away with

  • People who can run the thing unsupervised.
  • A short reference written in your words, not ours.
  • A named person inside your organization who knows it best and can answer the next question.

Why John

Both halves of the problem.

John Correia is a professor of management information systems who researches how people actually adopt technology. Seven peer-reviewed papers, in journals including MIS Quarterly, on why people take up a tool or quietly work around it.

He also builds. Dashboards, automations, web apps, and a spatial audio platform taken from an architecture plan to working software. He directs a student consulting group that runs like a small company, which means he spends his week handing work to people who have to run it without him. That is the same problem you have.

Teaching is the day job. He has spent years getting people with no technical background to the point of doing the thing themselves.

Example

A tool that strips personal information out of a document before it ever reaches an AI, and puts it back afterwards. It is one file, it makes zero network requests, and it works with the internet unplugged. People learn to trust AI with real work by first seeing exactly what leaves the room and what does not.

Free · No commitment

Let’s figure it out together.

Every conversation starts the same way: one free hour, no pitch, and an honest answer about whether we can help.
