Build.

We build it, put it in place, and hand it off working.

Free one-hour consultation · No pitch, no obligation

What it is

Build is the part where something appears. A website, a dashboard, an automation, a small internal app, a tool that does the thing you have been doing by hand.

Built simply on purpose. Fewer moving parts means fewer things to break and a smaller bill later. Then it is installed, connected to your real work, and handed over.

Who it’s for

  • Small businesses who need one specific thing to exist.
  • Growing companies who need the thing to fit the way they already work, rather than the other way round.

What you walk away with

  • The working thing, in place, with your real data in it.
  • Plain documentation of how it works and how to change it.
  • Ownership. The code and the accounts are yours, and you are not locked to us.

Why John

Both halves of the problem.

John Correia is a professor of management information systems who researches how people actually adopt technology. Seven peer-reviewed papers, in journals including MIS Quarterly, on why people take up a tool or quietly work around it.

He also builds. Dashboards, automations, web apps, and a spatial audio platform taken from an architecture plan to working software. He directs a student consulting group that runs like a small company, which means he spends his week handing work to people who have to run it without him. That is the same problem you have.

He builds the things he teaches and teaches the things he builds, which keeps both honest.

Example

The follow-up tool this business runs on. An inquiry comes in through a form, AI drafts a reply, and nothing is sent until a person reads it and clicks approve. It runs on static hosting with no framework and no server to maintain, and the daily spend is capped so a bad day cannot become a bad bill.

Free · No commitment

Let’s figure it out together.

Every conversation starts the same way: one free hour, no pitch, and an honest answer about whether we can help.
